Our full return and exchange policy can be found here. You can contact support for a free return within 30 days of purchase.
At this time, we currently do not offer exchanges. Please send your item in for a free return and purchase your new item.
Please be mindful that we do not accept returns on opened body jewelry. We do this to ensure our team and customer safety.
Shipping
We offer free shipping with every order. Our free shipping is with USPS Ground Advantage and takes 3-5 business days to arrive. Orders over $300 ship for free via FedEx 2-Day
We do provide alternative methods for a fee. Prices vary based on location. If you would like to upgrade your shipping please go to checkout and select any available options.
Manufacturing
Although we are not Responsible Jewelry Council(RJC) certified, all of our suppliers are. This means our entire supply chain has been audited and meets or exceeds the high standards set forth by the council.
