Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?
We currently do not offer gift wrapping or gift messaging services. Our friendly support team will be happy to help you out if you have further questions.
Do you have a physical store or showroom?
Lavari Jewelers does not have a physical store presence.
Are there any promotions or discounts currently available?
Our weekly emails are always filled with promotions. We sometimes have exclusive offers on our social media pages as well so be sure to follow us there. You may even find a gift from us when you do a quick Google search for Lavari Jewelers coupons. 😉
Do you have a loyalty or rewards program?
We currently do not offer a loyalty or rewards program. If we add one in the future, it will be announced to our email subscribers first!
Ordering & Product Info
Can I cancel or Modify my order after it's been placed?
We ship orders fast, many times even on the same day. If you need to cancel or modify your order please contact us as quickly as possible.
We offer free returns on all orders, if you could not cancel in time we will provide you with a free return label.
Are your products ethically sourced and sustainable?
Yes! Although we are not Responsible Jewelry Council(RJC) certified, all of our suppliers are. This means our entire supply chain has been audited and meets or exceeds the high standards set forth by the council. We won’t bore you here with the details but click the link to learn more about the organization.
Are the product images on your site true to life?
Yes! All product imagery on the website is of the actual product. We take pride in providing high quality images. We do our best to provide infographics and lifestyle shots for every item to provide you with as much insight regarding a product as possible.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

Shipping and Returns
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s status.
What is the shipping cost and delivery time for my jewelry?
We offer free shipping with every order. Our free shipping is with USPS Ground Advantage and takes 3-5 business days to arrive. Orders over $200 ship for free via FedEx 2-Day
We do provide alternative methods for a fee. Prices vary based on location. If you would like to upgrade your shipping please go to checkout and select any available options.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to the United States and its territories. If you would like to ship internationally, please contact support and we will try to assist you.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Our full return and exchange policy can be found here. You can contact support for a free return within 30 days of purchase.
At this time, we currently do not offer exchanges. Please send your item in for a free return and purchase your new item.
Please be mindful that we do not accept returns on opened body jewelry. We do this to ensure our team and customer safety.

Warranty
Do you offer a warranty for your jewelry?
All of our products are covered by our three year warranty. Please visit our warranty page for additional information. Lifetime warranty is available for purchase. Terms and conditions apply.
Do you offer repairs for damaged jewelry?
Repairs not covered by our warranty will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine if a repair is possible or cost effective for you. Sometimes the damage is to great. Please contact us so we can start helping you.

What payment methids do you accept?
All major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna Payments, and PayPal are accepted.
Is my payment information safe on your site?
Yes! All credit card payments are processed via Shopify Pay. If you choose to use Klarna or PayPal, they are secure as well. Shop with ease knowing your information is secure.
Can I pay with a gift card?
We do not currently offer gift cards. We do accept all major credit cards, PayPal and Klarna Payments.
Do you offer Buy with Prime?

What materials are your jewelry pieces made of?
Our products are made of 10K Gold, 14K Gold, 925 Sterling Silver, or Gold Plated Sterling Silver. All items are be labeled appropriately.
We use ethically sourced high quality gemstones, natural diamonds, and lab-grown diamonds.
Is your jewelry Hypoallergenic?
For the most part our product is hypoallergenic. Gold is classified as a noble metal in the periodic table, along with metals like silver and platinum. Noble metals are less chemically reactive compared to base metals like nickel, copper, or brass. This lower reactivity reduces the likelihood of gold causing skin irritation or allergies.
