Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return, free of charge, for eligible items. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt to start the return process. We recommend sending your return with tracking to ensure it arrives at our facility. All orders are eligible for free return shipping upon request.

Body Jewelry Policy

Due to healthcare and safety concerns, some products, such as nose rings, belly button rings, eyebrow rings, toe rings, etc. cannot be returned if opened. Only unused and unopened product will be accepted.

Loose Gemstone Policy

Returns of loose gemstones (including natural diamonds, lab grown diamonds, precious gemstones, and semi-precious gemstones) are accepted only if the security seal on the gemstone case remains intact.
 
Any loose gemstone returned with a broken or tampered security seal is ineligible for a refund. In addition, any returned gemstone with a broken seal will be subject to a market-rate testing fee to verify authenticity and condition through an independent gemological testing facility. This fee will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we’ll honor any price difference as long as the exchange is requested within the return period.

For health and safety reasons, opened body jewelry, nose rings, and toe rings cannot be exchanged. These items must be unused and unopened to qualify for an exchange. Please contact us for assistance. Some exclusions may apply.
